Soundex Broken Telephone takes your input, calculates soundex values for the words, and then replaces the words with words from the dictionary that have a matching soundex value.

Since many words have the same soundex value, you'll get a different random answer every time you hit Que?

(Note that the dictionary is limited; words that are not matched will not be replaced)
